The two main guys, Matt & Diego, were very nice to work with. They are very trust worthy fellows. My wife and I felt at ease with them during the whole installation process. They kept things clean and were mindful of covering areas that would get dirty from the work being performed. They notified us when they were going to make excessive noise, coming or going from the house, and keeping us updated of the installation progress. The work was completed on time and it all went smoothly. I highly recommend this company and its people.

Upon the arrival of Mr. Lam Tram, he was very courteous, kind, and eager to get the job done. As he completed inspecting each heater and replacing the air filters in each unit he would always keep me apprised of what was going on. Upon inspection, he determined that certain parts of my heaters need to be replaced in the upcoming future which I was very grateful that he did. I agreed to have these items replace virtually saving me thousands of dollars on a replacement unit. His excellent work exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to working with this individual again and again and again.

Sergio and Jose were the two installers for our new A/C unit. They showed up on time and were fully equipped to perform the job. They removed our old unit, brought in the new Lennox, set it up, tested it, and all went great. They cleaned up and hauled off the old A/C and we've been enjoying coolness through the current heat wave here in the OC. Thanks, guys, great job!

Alan did a great job. The heating system annual maintenance was very thorough. He remembered the system from last year and I remembered how good he did then. He went beyond last year’s inspection with a more detailed inspection this year I believe because the system is now over 5 years old. I hope he is the service person who comes for the next scheduled maintenance of my system.

During the first cool night of the fall season, I expected my heat to kick on but instead, the A/C kicked on and the house got colder. This was the result of my attempt to replace the thermostat myself over the summer when the old one died. Tam, from Associated Heating & Air came out, troubleshot the thermostat and figured out that it needed to be programmed differently specific to my 2-stage HVAC system. He got everything worked out and thoroughly tested the entire system to make sure everything was working as designed. He also identified that our ducts were very dirty and AH&A will be back out this week to clean them. Totally satisfied with the response and quality of work. I will definitely continue to recommend Associated Heating & Air.
